Dive into the ocean without getting wet
Experience Secrets of the Blue VR at ONE Ocean
For many of us, the ocean remains a distant and largely unexplored world. Now imagine diving beneath the surface, exploring vibrant marine habitats and encountering tiny ocean creatures, all without getting wet.
At Science Centre Singapore, ONE Ocean: Every Action Ripples brings the underwater world closer through Secrets of the Blue, a free-roaming immersive VR experience.
Virtual Reality (VR) makes it possible to explore environments that may otherwise be difficult or impossible to experience firsthand. More importantly, immersive storytelling can turn visitors from passive observers into active participants, creating a stronger emotional connection with the ocean and helping them understand why protecting our marine environment matters.
Secrets of the Blue: Dive Into an Immersive Ocean VR Experience
Secrets of the Blue is a free-roaming immersive VR adventure at Science Centre Singapore, available as an additional experience alongside the ONE Ocean exhibition. Guided by Yellow, a spirited underwater drone, visitors embark on an exciting virtual journey through some of the ocean’s most fascinating environments.
Explore kelp forests, seagrass meadows, mangroves and vibrant coral reefs before Yellow's shrinking device takes you into the microscopic world of plankton. Along the way, visitors can discover marine life and experience the underwater world from a completely new perspective.

Step into the ocean, get closer to its incredible inhabitants and experience the wonders of the underwater world with Secrets of the Blue VR at ONE Ocean.
What makes this VR experience special?
If you have always wanted to explore the ocean but have never had the chance to dive, Secrets of the Blue offers an accessible and immersive way to discover what lies beneath the surface.
The experience is also a fun way for families and older children to learn about marine ecosystems, ocean conservation and the impact of human actions on the ocean.
